La Playa Caballeros are Jack Shite, his friend Chris, and Spud from The Mighty Octothorpe (The Beach Cowboys). They have contributed to one songfight, "Gonna Be Your Man". For this particular song, Jack blatantly ripped off the Beach Boys and worked up some new lyrics about a high school stalker who goes to jail. Spud contributed organ and accordian, as well as some backing harmony vocals, and Chris added much of the lead guitar. All the rest of the music was done by Jack.
