Ill Cricket Crew is a rap group started by five songfighters on a guys' weekend. None of them take themselves seriously as rappers. ICC features Smalltown Mike (Boon Liver, Gert and Smalltown Mike), Jamie (Beresfordians, The Barstools), Todd (Beresfordians, Drunk Todd and The Barstools), Dane (Beresfordians, Beer + Plane = Bad) and Mario (from, uh, Australia.) Also guesting on occasion is The Hip Cola (Gert, Redcar and undoubtedly others.) They get together, a title and a beat are chosen, beers are consumed while each writes a verse on the spot. Each member is allowed only one take. Why? Because it's funnier that way.
